DELIVERY

​

All UK and Off Shore deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 09:00 to 18:00, this excludes Bank Holidays, weekends and where a next day or timed option has been selected. We do not deliver on weekends unless Saturday delivery option has been selected. We do not deliver on Sundays.

A signature is required upon delivery, and most deliveries will be attempted twice, unless there is an address problem. If you are not available to accept delivery the courier will leave a calling card and/or send a notification via SMS or email to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow the instructions on the calling card, SMS or email). Please note that the courier may also leave your parcel with a neighbour. If the parcel is not successfully delivered to you within 2 weeks the parcel will be returned to us.

 If your parcel is returned to us there may be additional postage charges applied for further re-deliveries.

During busy periods deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your order and more than 5 working days have passed since ordering, please contact us.

Orders cannot be amended once completed.​

Orders will be sent to the address given on the website. We cannot change the item or delivery address once its dispatched or take responsibility for lost or stolen items if parcels are left somewhere different from the address given.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

​

Royal Mail 2nd class signed for – takes 3-5 working days (does not include bank holidays and weekends).

​

Next day guaranteed – Orders placed before 1pm will be processed and collected for next day delivery. This does not include weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed after the 2pm deadline will be processed the next working day i.e. if you place an order after 2pm on Monday, your order will be processed and collected on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery. We do not deliver on Sundays. Orders placed on Friday after the deadline will be delivered on Tuesday.  (excluding bank holidays).

Internationally, we also offer a range of standard and express delivery options. ​

POSTAGE

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive various notifications from the courier either by email or SMS, to keep you informed about your forthcoming delivery. If you do not hear anything or still don’t have your order after 10 working days after having placed your order, then please contact us.
 

DUTY & VAT

All deliveries to the destinations outside the UK are subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time of delivery arrival in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the customer.

The price displayed for goods/services remains the same for all customers regardless of the country of delivery. For deliveries to the EU, this price includes VAT (or VAT equivalent) at the current rate. Although this price is the same for deliveries outside the EU, where VAT (or VAT equivalent) may not be applicable, customers are not entitled to any discount or refund to account for the differences in tax treatment and will pay the same price for the item as a customer placing an order for delivery to the EU (including the Channel Islands and Canary Islands). Other components of the total price at the checkout, including delivery charge, will vary for each customer.
